Shiso & Pepper

Plum & Perilla

Steeped green perilla leaves paired with crushed black peppercorns. Earthy, savory, and highly carbonated for a bone-dry finish.

Unfiltered salted plum nectar blended with fresh green shiso. A tart, mouth-puckering profile that is unapologetically cloudy by design.

High-acid Japanese yuzu fermented with sea salt and wild yeast. A sharp, briny citrus profile that sits cloudy in the glass.
